Payment - Payment for your stay is taken in full at the point of booking (unless agreed prior for bookings above 28 days)

Cleanliness - The property will be professionally cleaned before and after your visit and this will take care of the normal cleaning expected, but please take care of the property during your stay to avoid additional cleaning / damage charges. Please treat the property as you would expect me to treat your home.

Cancellation - There is no cancellation fee if cancelled with over 30 days notice of your first booked day. if less than 30 days (and above 7 days) notice is given, you will be charged 50% of your booking and the other 50% will be returned to you. If you give 7 or less than 7 days notice to cancel, the cancelation fee will be 100% of your booking. There may be an option to pass your booking onto a friend or family member if you're not able to make your stay, please contact us to discuss.

Damages / charges - If the property or any of its contents are damaged, you will be charged for the maintenance or replacement and this may be taken from your security deposit or invoiced directly. We do understand that from time to time accidents happen, so please contact us directly so we can resolve in a friendly manner.

Liability - We cannot be held liable for any damage to guests belongings while staying in our property
